As a Boiler Apprentice, your day often includes assisting experienced technicians with routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various types of boiler systems. You'll spend time learning how to inspect and clean boiler machinery, replace parts, and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. Expect to work both independently and as part of a team, sometimes in confined spaces or at different job sites. Over time, you'll build hands-on experience while gradually taking on more complex tasks as your skills grow.
A Boiler Apprentice is an entry-level worker who assists experienced boiler technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing boilers and heating systems. Apprentices learn to read blueprints, operate tools, and follow safety procedures while gaining hands-on experience. This role often involves working in industrial, commercial, and residential settings under supervision. The apprenticeship program typically combines on-the-job training with classroom instruction to develop technical skills. Over time, apprentices gain the knowledge required to become certified boiler technicians or operators.

You will gain hands-on training installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems and boiler equipment.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. No extensive experience is required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
