Residential Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Nimmer Heating & Air Conditioning | Milwaukee & Waukesha County, WI | $77,000–$90,000/year, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses (most techs add $12,000–$25,000+/year once ramped up)

Your Day-to-Day

  • Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial heating (boiler and rooftop welcome), cooling, and air quality systems
  • Advise customers honestly on comfort and efficiency options - no hard selling
  • Mentor apprentice technicians
  • Give input to your Service Manager on inventory, pricing, and training gaps
