Back of House (BOH) Director

Chick-fil-A Salinas is seeking a Back of House (BOH) Director to lead kitchen

operations with excellence, consistency, and care. This role is ideal for a strong leader

who is passionate about food quality, team development, safety, and building efficient

systems in a fast-paced environment.


What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring speed, accuracy, and food quality
