Office Administrator - VC-25B

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator (Level C) to join the VC-25B program in San Antonio, TX!

BDS is a global leader in the development, production, maintenance and enhancement of fixed-wing and rotary wing aircraft, commercial and government satellites, human spaceflight programs and weapons. Key markets include aeronautics, space and weapons. Core capabilities are in development, production and mission enabling upgrades of integrated solutions. BDS delivers the most digitally advanced, simply and efficiently produced and intelligently supported solutions to its customers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Prioritize, manage and schedule time and availability for the most efficient use of time.
  • Coordinate domestic and international business travel, monitor travel logistics, generate team expenses, and reconcile corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
  • Create, edit and maintain electronic and written communication.
  • Coordinate with the appropriate focal to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources. Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Work outside of normal business hours on occasion to support the statement of work.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers and staff members.
  • 3+ years of experience managing leadership schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook
  • Proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a role that required teaming and collaboration skills, and ability to work well with a geographically dispersed cross-functional and matrix team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with Concur or a similar travel and expense management program.
  • Capable of working in a stressful business environment
