Certified Linux Systems Administrator, TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph Security Clearance is Required, Annapolis Junction, MD
Immediate need for a certified Systems Administrator. Responsibilities may include providing day-to-day system upkeep, conducting system & vulnerability scans and mitigating any findings, patching Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs), and updating software and operating systems. Open to Junior or Mid-level candidates. This position is 100% Onsite and not Remote. Candidates must have an active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Poly security clearance.
At least one of the following or a higher-level certification is required. Any continuing education (CE) requirements for the certification must be maintained while on contract:
- A+ CE
- CCNA-Security
- CND
- Network+ CE
- SSCP
- Security+ CE
Certified Linux Systems Administrator required skills include experience with:
- Candidates must have TS/SCI Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph
- MASH
- Linux System Administration
- Agency IAVA alerting and reporting tools (LatteArt, Biscotti, etc.)
- Conducting IAVA and security-related patching
- Understanding of Agency STE/STN requirements and applicable mitigations
- Monitoring system health with Nagios/Splunk
- Bash scripting
Certified Linux Systems Administrator additional desired skills may include experience with:
