Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent (Level 3, Level 4 or Level 5) to join our 787 Engine Management Supply Chain team in Everett, Washington.

Join our Engine Management team and make a measurable difference on program success.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, negotiate, execute, administer, and maintain complex contractual agreements and related documentation in accordance with BCA policies and signature authorities.
  • Serve as the primary contract point of contact for assigned suppliers; monitor contract performance, resolve disputes, and initiate supplier improvement activities to mitigate risk.
  • Coordinate cross-functional proposal and contracting activities (pricing, terms and conditions, risk mitigation) to ensure compliant, timely submissions that align with program and customer strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers to support successful sourcing, delivery, and program outcomes.
  • Ensure contract compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and applicable regulations; summarize contractual issues and recommend creative solutions.
  • Lead complex, high-visibility negotiations and multi-party contracting strategies, acting as the primary technical/contract authority and influencing program-wide supply chain decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement and contracting strategy across multiple teams, mentor peers, and represent BCA in escalated customer or leadership forums.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles

  • 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

  • 3+ years of experience with aerospace contracting practices and driving supplier performance improvement efforts

  • 3+ years proven experience leading complex negotiations and cross-functional contracting initiatives

  • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally 25%

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 4: 9+ years of experience in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles

  • Level 5: 14+ years of experience in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred

  • Ability to integrate cross-functionally

  • Ability to communicate change status and risk to leadership

Summary Pay Range:

  • Level 3: $74,800 - $101,200

  • Level 4: $94,350 - $127,650

  • Level 5: $147,900 - $200,100
