Bobcat of Atlanta is a full service Bobcat Dealership. We specialize in new, used, and rental compact excavators, skid steer loaders, and track loaders. Bobcat of Atlanta offers parts as well as both mobile and shop service, and a full line of concrete supplies.

Bobcat of Atlanta - CARROLLTON is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, promoting our product offerings, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities

  • Attending to walk-in customers and inbound sales calls.
  • Qualifies and follows up on all in-person, phone, and web leads assigned to their Area of Operation (AO).
  • Onsite Expert for Bobcat Compact Tractors, Mowers, Attachments, New, and Used Equipment.
  • Monitors and improves the customer experience through the sales process by ensuring good communication across all branch departments.
  • Monitors Bobcat Equipment and Attachment inventory in their AO, ensuring all equipment displays are clean and welcoming.
  • Assists with any related sales of Bobcat Equipment. (Parts, Rental, Service, Supplies).

Duties

  • Attends to walk-in customers and inbound sales calls:
    • Obtain Contact information.
    • Identify customer’s application and assess their needs.
    • Enter all pertinent information into Salesforce and proceed with sales process or assign the appropriate Territory Sales Representative.
    • Product salesperson for compact tractors, mowers, used equipment, and attachments in assigned branch.
  • Sales Support, Reporting and Sales Process Management
    • Assist Territory Sales Representatives with lead qualification and/or follow up in assigned AO as needed.
    • Assist in customer unit pick up and or delivery.
    • Monitor and communicate all sales department needs with the other departments within the branch to ensure equipment is ready and is well represented to the customer.
    • Follows up on UCC-1 filings.
    • Verify all lost sales reports are completed in Bobcat Salesforce.
    • Verify paperwork for sales orders is correct before submission to billing.
    • Verify all after sales reporting is done. (Delivery Reports, Extended Warranty Application etc.)
  • Branch Support
    • Highly engaged team player working across all departments to support branch activities.
    • Handles inbound, unsolicited prospect calls or walk ins.
    • Supports Branch Manager in the smooth operation of the sales process in the branch.
    • Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the branch.

Qualifications

  • Be comfortable greeting and communicating with walk-in customers.
  • Excellent customer relations skills.
  • Strong communications skills with a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task often.
  • A team player with the drive to elevate the team’s performance.
  • A good working knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products, CRM experience a plus.
  • Ability to quickly acquire and maintain product knowledge (powered industrial and/or agricultural equipment)
  • 4-year degree preferred or 2-year degree with equivalent experience in the industry.

(Preferred Qualification)

  • Bilingual- Able to conduct business conversations in both English and Spanish

Physical Requirements

  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate construction equipment.
  • Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects.
  • Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl.
  • Consistently exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.
