Job description

Equipment Sales Agent – Bobcat & Mahindra

Spearfish Equipment is on the hunt for a high-energy team member to join us as an Equipment Sales Agent. In this role, you’ll receive dedicated mentorship to become a specialist in our Mahindra and Bobcat lines, as well as our used inventory.

High-Energy Equipment Sales Trainee

Location: Spearfish, SD
Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 (Base + Uncapped Commission)
Benefits: SIMPLE IRA (3% Match), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays

Are you hungry to start a career where your paycheck matches your hustle?

Spearfish Equipment is leveling up. We’ve just been awarded a full-line Bobcat franchise, and we are looking for a motivated, "ready-to-grind" individual to join us on the ground floor.

No equipment sales experience? No problem. We’ll teach you the machines; you bring the fire. If you are a digital native who knows how to work a phone, scroll a feed, and talk to people, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Selling:

  • The Best in the Business: Brand new Bobcat loaders and Mahindra tractors.
  • The Cool Stuff: Roxor off-road vehicles and a massive variety of used construction gear.
  • The Solutions: Snow blowers, grapples, and construction attachments that solve our customers' biggest headaches.

The Game Plan (How You’ll Win):

  • Digital Hunter: Use social media, Facebook Marketplace, and the internet to find leads before the competition does.
  • Phone Warrior: You aren't afraid to pick up the phone, follow up, and keep the conversation moving.
  • Consultative Closing: Work person-to-person with local ranchers, contractors, and homeowners to find the right tool for their job.
  • Master the "No": We will train you to handle objections, negotiate like a pro, and turn a "maybe" into a "sold."

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extreme Eagerness: You want to learn, grow, and eventually dominate the Black Hills equipment market.
  • Social Savvy: You know how to make a piece of equipment look good on a smartphone camera.
  • Reliability: A clean driving record and a professional "show-up and win" attitude.
  • People Skills: You can talk to anyone, from a site foreman to a hobby farmer.

Why Spearfish Equipment?

You aren't just a number here. You’re part of a growing team with the backing of the world-class Bobcat brand. We provide comprehensive training and the leads—you provide the energy.

Ready to build your future? Apply today and let’s get to work.
