Woods Machinery is a family-owned, full-service Bobcat equipment dealership seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to grow an established Central New Jersey territory. This is an outstanding opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional to represent industry-leading equipment brands while building a rewarding career with $125,000+ earning potential.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow an established sales territory
  • Prospect and develop new business while growing existing accounts
  • Call on contractors, landscapers, municipalities, and industrial customers
  • Conduct equipment demonstrations, job site visits, and customer follow-ups
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close equipment sales
  • Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate customer activity and sales opportunities in the CRM


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in equipment, construction, rental, truck, industrial, or B2B outside sales
  • Proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts
