What Youโ€™ll Do Day-to-Day:
  • Responsible for generating leads and selling a full range of Bobcat construction equipment and grounds maintenance equipment (GME) within assigned territory.
  • Identify potential customers and business opportunities while proactively building strong customer relationships.
  • Effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Support the overall company growth by actively promoting and collaborating with the rental, parts, and service departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Tow equipment to customer sites to conduct product demonstrations, showcasing equipment capabilities.
  • Coordinate the delivery and pickup of equipment to and from customer locations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

What Youโ€™ll Need to Succeed:

  • Must possess a valid driverโ€™s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
  • Prior sales experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • CDL/Medical Certification is preferred at time of hire; must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires but is not limited to standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 80 lbs., routinely 20-50 lbs.
  • Regular travel within an assigned territory is required; the ability to operate a motor vehicle is necessary for this role.
  • Responsible for the safe loading, unloading, transportation, and securement of construction and grounds maintenance equipment in accordance with company and FMCSA regulations.
  • Must be able to frequently climb on and off trailers, enter and exit commercial vehicles, and secure equipment during loading, unloading, and transport activities.
