Job description

Cate Equipment Company has been in business for 85 years, and provides equipment sales, rental, service, and parts in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and Wyoming. We are looking for energetic, talented individuals to join our growing family.

We have an immediate opening for an in-shop mechanic/technician to work on rental equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as a team player, and able to perform mechanical duties to maintain and repair various equipment, including paving equipment, compressors, generators, ground heaters, and other various construction rental equipment.

This is a permanent, full-time position at our Salt Lake City location.

Drug-free work environment. Must pass drug test upon hire and at any time during employment.

Must have own tools.
