Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor
Location: Menifee, California
Salary: Up to $95,000 annually (Based on experience) +Benefits
Full-Time | Permanent

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • No on-call or weekend work required.


Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee client treatment programs, mentor clinical staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for children and families.

The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with excellent communication, organization, and team development skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain required monthly and weekly billable hour expectations
  • Supervise Program Managers and support team productivity goals
  • Provide clinical supervision in compliance with BACB standards
  • Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS
  • Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop treatment plans
  • Supervise and document training for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to clinical staff
  • Deliver parent, caregiver, and staff training using BST methods
  • Participate in IEP and interdisciplinary meetings when needed
  • Collaborate with schools and other providers to support client success


Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA Certification required
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus


Caseload:

  • Daily patient volume will vary depending on assigned caseload


Preferred Experience

Candidates with backgrounds in:
ABA Therapy, Autism Services, Psychology, Social Services, Behavioral Health, Child Development, and Applied Behavior Analysis are encouraged to apply.
