Summary:

As a BMW Genius, you will be the face of our service center, providing in-depth knowledge and personalized assistance to our new clients as well as our existing BMW owners. You will be responsible for showcasing the innovative features and technology of BMW vehicles, ensuring that our customers have a thorough understanding and appreciation of their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored information about BMW vehicles.
  • Product Expertise:Demonstrate the latest BMW technologies and features, offering detailed explanations and answering any questions customers may have.
  • Vehicle Demonstrations:Conduct test drives and feature demonstrations to highlight the unique selling points and benefits of BMW vehicles.

  • Communication Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly.
  • Customer Service:Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
