Job Summary
Havel is seeking a Project Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of Temperature Controls systems across data center projects. You'll oversee all phases of BAS /BMS project execution-from engineering and programming to installation and closeout-ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute control system implementation plans tailored to client needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, programmers, and installers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and field surveys.
  • Support technical troubleshooting and commissioning efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with budget and schedule targets.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing electrical, HVAC, BAS, BMS or control system installations preferred
  • Strong understanding of HVAC and hydronic systems.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
