Job description

Our premier firm helps clients resolve their business disputes in an efficient, streamlined, and cost-effective manner. This integral position in the firm is responsible for:

  • Serving as a liaison between our staff and our clients.

  • Handling file-level communications with our consumer/commercial clients.

  • Preparing and submitting documents and reports to our clients.

Qualified candidates: 

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills 

  • Detail-oriented and organized 

  • Ability to handle high work volume efficiently

  • Ability to multi-task upon request 

  • Ability to handle highly confidential matters and documents with discretion

  • Ability to type 40 WPM

Education/Training/Experience: 

  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word)

  • Prior related experience is helpful by not required
