TradeWise is actively hiring experienced Finish Blade Operators / Motor Grader Operators for large-scale highway and civil projects in DFW.

Position Overview

The Finish Blade Operator is responsible for precision grading using a motor grader to achieve final elevations and slope requirements on heavy civil and roadway projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate motor grader for finish grading and final trim
  • Maintain precise grade and slope
  • Read grade stakes and blueprints
  • Utilize GPS or laser grade control systems
  • Coordinate with earthwork and paving crews
  • Maintain production pace while ensuring accuracy


Required Experience

  • 3+ years as Finish Blade or Motor Grader Operator
  • Experience on highway or heavy civil projects
  • Strong understanding of grade and elevations
  • Ability to work in high-production environments


Preferred Qualifications

  • GPS grade control experience
