Summary:
The Infor IS Architect will be responsible for influencing and driving technology initiatives that maximize long term value and customer success. IS Architect must possess excellent technical skills to create, define and implement application strategy in alignment with the overall IT and Business strategy, including roadmap and release management, and related project portfolio planning. You will ensure the applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • 4 years+ experience in Infor Product Architecture Engagements primarily focused on Infor Landmark-based technology and applications (HCM and FSM). Landmark Cloud Admin and/or OS certification preferred (Associate or Professional). Requirement to obtain Associate certifications with 90 days of hire.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and integrating Infor ecosystem platforms including Workspaces, Infor OS, GHR, FSM, Birst, d/EPM, Excel integrations, Infor Document Management (IDM), GRC, Clinical Bridge, Application Studio, Coleman AI, Reporting, Process Mining, and the Infor Velocity Suite including RPA; experience implementing AI-driven automation or analytics solutions is a plus.
  • Possesses expertise in Landmark development tools such as configuration console and Infor process automation. Proficient in developing reports, configurations, security classes, IPA flows, API calls, and Webservices. Knowledgeable on the Infor OS platform (Infor DataLake, API Gateway, Webservices, Webhooks, Coleman) and Birst. Experience designing and supporting tenant strategies across development, test, and production environments in CloudSuite multi-tenant architecture.
  • Understands functional applications and data structures of HCM and FSM product modules. Understand and exhibit domain expertise in data modelling, report development, data integration, data transformation and Business Intelligence.
  • Ability to design and implement integrations using APIs, ION workflows, and external systems.
  • Strong knowledge of report development, data structures, and configuration within FSM and HCM modules.

Job Profile:
  • Act as a subject matter expert, demonstrate in-depth architecture and industry knowledge and help build Infor scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Lead client discussions on the proposed Infor solution, technical architectural designs, integrations, automation strategies, CloudSuite solution design and roadmaps.
  • Demonstrate application-level functional and technical knowledge on Infor platform primarily focused on Infor CloudSuite, Infor OS platform including Landmark based applications.
  • Develop migration, integration, testing, deployment and tenant management strategies across environments,
  • Involved in building/enhancing best practices including automation solutions, training material, security, user experience, and user interface modules.
  • Evaluate incoming initiatives and design solutions for large and medium-scale software development projects including selecting and reviewing technology frameworks/architecture to be used.
  • Provide complex system support, act as the contact person to Infor Support on the technical side; review and solve application issues and proactively eliminate root cause issues.
  • Daily responsibilities include making Infor configuration updates and changes, Apply Infor fixes, understand and analyze new/changing functionality, Teaching/Training users in system functionality.
  • Work in partnership with various departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll, HR and Benefits) to focus on application needs and provide technical support and prepare proposals to solve specific operational problems.
  • Provide advanced application support and guidance to end users and provide technical guidance to less experienced personnel. Serves as a point of contact for application problems. Assesses problems and identify resolutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the IS and department leadership to achieve efficiency, quality, and optimal user experience.
  • Demonstrate ability to develop technical specifications for all aspects of applications, and familiarity with problem analysis, hardware/software configurations and application integration.
  • Assist in planning, managing, and implementing system engineering projects as they relate to capacity and performance tuning.
  • Improve efficiencies by tracking and analyzing key performance metrics.

How You'll Be Successful:
WORK EXPERIENCE
  • At least 7 years related experience required
  • Healthcare/HL7 interfaces preferred

EDUCATION
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Roles supporting a specific software must demonstrate competency in the software used in their role. All training and testing applicable to the role must be successfully completed and passed within 180 days of employment. Continuing education requirements must be completed and maintained for applications applicable to the role. Required
