Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP EPPM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) to support large-scale datacenter construction and CAPEX-driven infrastructure programs. The consultant will focus on project structuring, cost and budget management, procurement integration, financial control, and executive reporting across complex construction portfolios.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in construction/EPC environments, SAP PS-MM-FICO integration, and strong collaboration with PMO, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure WBS structures, networks, activities, and milestones for full datacenter construction lifecycle management.
  • Manage project budgeting, forecasting, availability control, actuals tracking, accruals, settlements, and AUC capitalization.
  • Integrate SAP PS with MM, FICO, and SAP Ariba for contracts, purchase orders, service entry sheets, change orders, and subcontractor management.
  • Support scheduling and resource planning in coordination with PMO and commissioning teams.
  • Build and enhance reporting dashboards for cost tracking, progress measurement, earned value analysis (EVA), and risk monitoring.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Real Estate, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commissioning, and PMO stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements, template standardization, and automation across construction project workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with financial governance, procurement controls, and CAPEX accounting standards.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8-12+ years of SAP PS experience in project accounting, cost control, budgeting, investment management, and settlements.
  • Strong hands-on experience in large CAPEX construction, EPC, datacenter, utilities, or industrial infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in SAP PS integration with MM, FICO, and exposure to SAP Ariba.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of construction procurement cycles, contracts, change management, progress measurement, and financial controls.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in PST hours (onsite or remote).
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or related field.
  • SAP PS certification preferred.
