Job Description

The Financial Analyst Lead will manage comprehensive program financial operations, including budget management, CLIN cost tracking, financial reporting, and compliance with government procedures. Prepare financial sections for Monthly Status Reports, process travel and purchasing requests, implement cost control measures, and provide financial guidance to maintain fiscal health. Additionally, support FINOPS activities by analyzing cloud and software costs, developing pricing models, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Conduct technical and financial analyses, create cost reports and forecasts, and perform ROI analyses for new technologies or services. This role involves collaborating with technical teams to translate resource utilization into financial terms, assisting in budgeting and strategic financial planning, and staying current with cloud pricing models and financial management best practices. The Financial Analyst will also develop and maintain financial models, contribute to financial policies and reporting improvements, prepare stakeholder presentations, and provide insights into financial trends to support decision-making.

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree (or an additional 4 years of experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in finance
  • 5+ years in leading teams
  • Knowledge in financial management and government reporting for complex programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform cost tracking, financial analysis, and forecasting

Security Clearance:

  • Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $135,200—$278,500 USD
