Job description

We're looking for a Financial Analyst to be an early pillar in our finance team. You'll help with financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support iRocket's growth trajectory.

The Role

  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, forecasts, and budgets
  • Support cash flow management and capital planning
  • Conduct cost analysis, margin analysis, and performance metrics
  • Liaise with other departments to gather input and validate assumptions
  • Maintain financial models and sensitivity analyses
  • Assist with audits, accounting policies, and compliance tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modeling
  • Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP or relevant)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
