Senior Data Analyst, Python, PowerBI, Salesforce - Work From Home
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst. This opportunity creates an exciting opportunity to be data-driven at multiple levels. You will work closely with senior leaders to measure and improve the companies approach to every interaction with clients and potential clients. The Senior Data Analyst will be one of the team's first dedicated hires. The Senior Data Analyst position will therefore be dynamic; it will evolve as needs change and as the candidate shapes the role. This position is 100% Remote.
Senior Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Perform diverse analyses to drive insights and improve client experience across the client journey.
- Collaborate with case team heads to optimize reporting systems and tools and ensure that analytics and insights are embedded in decision making.
- Create compelling dashboards to inform internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce ad hoc data and reports in PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, and Word.
Senior Data Analyst Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in an Analytics, Business Intelligence, FP&A, or Management Consulting role.
- Fluent Excel skills.
- Experience working in SQL and/or Python.
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI and the Salesforce platform.
- Be adept at concisely explaining takeaways from complex data analyses to non-technical and less quantitative stakeholders.
