De organisatie biedt naast de technische installatie van de machines ook de nodige ondersteuning en advies m.b.t. technische problemen en pannes.

Onze teams in Wetteren en Veenendaal zijn verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop en de klantenservice in de Benelux. We zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste en toegewijde servicetechnici om het team te versterken.

Als gedreven ingenieur ben je gepassioneerd door techniek en automatisatie. Als service engineer bezoek je bijna dagelijks onze klanten binnen de regio Benelux. Je helpt hierbij onze monteurs om nieuw verkochte installaties aan te sluiten, en in te regelen. Bij bestaande installaties ga je ter plaatse om storingen op te lossen. Je staat hiertoe voortdurend in contact met de specialisten van onze fabrieken in het buitenland, en hebt de ambitie om je te specialiseren in onze afwerktechnologie.

Vanuit je drive als specialist om betrokken te zijn bij elk project in de Benelux ben je bereid om occasioneel voor meerdere dagen in Nederland of Luxemburg te verblijven, en eventueel tijdens een weekend of buiten de normale werkuren in te vallen.

Wij bieden veel autonomie in deze functie en bieden hiertoe als basis diverse interne opleidingen bij onze verschillende fabrieken.

  • Je bent bekwaam alleen te werken evenals in groep.
  • Je bent in staat een accurate analyse te maken bij technische problemen en je hebt de ambitie en de ingesteldheid om jezelf op te werken als specialist.
  • Je begrijpt klanten; je communceert vlot volgens noodzaak; je bent flexibel;
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, goede kennis van Engels (bedrijfstaal) en noties van de Franse taal zijn handig.
