Job description

Job Description Codeworks, an LRS company, is partnering with a healthcare client to support the development of nextgeneration CT image reconstruction software. This opportunity is offered on a 12+ month consulting basis, with a strong potential for extension. The role contributes to advancing medical imaging technology by working with modern computing platforms and performanceoriented software solutions in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain CT image reconstruction software using highperformance computing hardware (such as GPGPU and multicore CPU) and related software technologies Evaluate and experiment with emerging highperformance computing approaches to improve algorithm efficiency and performance Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate CT image reconstruction algorithms into productionready software solutions Required Qualifications Experience developing software using C++ Experience working in Linux or UNIXbased operating environments Knowledge of objectoriented programming principles and common design patterns Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective software solutions Preferred Qualifications Experience with GPU computing technologies (such as CUDA or OpenCL) Familiarity with Python and Linux shell scripting Background in mathematical concepts relevant to algorithm and performancefocused development A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field is preferred Candidates with equivalent practical experience and strong programming skills are encouraged to apply The base range for this contract position is $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations
