Job description

Invictus Surgical proudly represents Arthrex, Inc., as the exclusive sales agency for Western/Central Washington and Northeast Oregon, providing our customers with industry leading medical devices, implants, equipment and surgical techniques. At Invictus Surgical, we are dedicated to our people and supporting the impact they can make toward the Arthrex mission of "helping surgeons treat their patients better".
I. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Compensation Range: $175,000 - $225,000* per year.
    • *Based on experience level and qualifications
  • Other Compensation: This position is eligible for commissions based on net sales performance in their product category. It may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses or performance-based incentives.

Reports to: Vice President of Sales
The overarching goals of the Invictus Biologics Product Sales Manager are to:
  • Fully understand the landscape of our Biologics Business
  • Build an effective Biologics sales strategy that will simplify and clarify how our teams will achieve their Biologics sales goals per fiscal year
  • Articulate that strategy and ensure every relevant person understands their role in implementing said strategy
  • Supervise the implementation of that strategy and provide ongoing feedback and development to support Biologics sales goal achievement

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Utilize data resources (such as AXIS and Arthrex Partners) to acquire and analyze territory-specific analytics.
  • Design a systematic sales strategy with key initiatives to achieve annual Biologics sales goals in every Invictus territory.
  • Perform SWOT analyses (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) by collaborating with Territory Sales Managers and current customers.
  • Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to determine development and engagement pathways.
  • Oversee the field implementation of Biologics strategies and refine activities based on the specific needs of territories, accounts, and reps.
  • Develop the sales acumen of representatives, helping them drive initiatives within their specific customer accounts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with field teams to identify progress or roadblocks and brainstorm ways to overcome deficits.
  • Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to tailor strategies to the unique needs of each geographical area.
  • Partner with the Director of Business Development to drive Biologics incorporation into customer contracts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Medical Education (Med Ed) teams to design launch strategies for new Biologics products.
  • Coordinate with Med Ed to identify critical customer-facing events and determine required representative development training.
  • Articulate the Biologics sales strategy clearly to Agency Leadership and ensure all relevant personnel understand their roles.
  • Proactively communicate progress toward quotas and roadblocks to both Invictus Management and Arthrex Regional Management.
  • Attend and participate in all Invictus Management meetings to align Biologics goals with broader company objectives.

III. Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years Biologics, 2+ years leading a team
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this position as traveling to various clinics, offices, and hospitals within the territory is an essential job function.
  • Background Check: Successful completion of a background check and credentialing process for hospital access.
