In biological sales roles, earning $200,000 annually is possible but typically requires extensive experience, a strong sales record, and often involves commissions or bonuses. To prepare, familiarize yourself with the latest trends in biological products and practice clear, consultative communication. Regular training and proactive engagement with your team will help you stay competitive and confident in your role.

Will AI replace pharmaceutical sales reps?

AI is unlikely to fully replace pharmaceutical sales reps, as the role relies heavily on building relationships, understanding complex medical information, and providing personalized support. While AI tools can assist with data analysis and product information, human interaction remains essential for trust and effective communication in sales. Sales reps who develop strong product knowledge and interpersonal skills will continue to be valuable in the industry.
