NW Employment is partnered with a printing company in Oregon City and we are looking to add a Bindery Operator to join our team!
Summary
As a Bindery Operator, you will be essential in the manufacturing process, ensuring the final product meets quality standards. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will utilize core skills in flexo press operations and manufacturing techniques. Your premium skills in screen printing, prepress, and color management will enhance production quality, while relevant skills such as quality control and layout design will ensure precision and efficiency. Join our team to contribute to high-quality print solutions in a collaborative and innovative environment.

8:30-5 Monday to Friday (can change slightly)
$18-$23/hour dependent on Experience

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Bindery Operator or in a similar manufacturing role
  • Proficiency in operating Flexo presses and screen printing equipment
  • Knowledge of prepress processes and color management techniques
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design principles
  • Strong attention to detail for quality control and layout design
