This full-time Lead Maintenance Technician role operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. You will take a hands-on lead in maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment, ensuring that machinery runs safely, reliably, and efficiently in a fast-paced yet friendly manufacturing environment. Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing facility that produces corrugated paper boxes and related products. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., supporting a fast-paced yet friendly production environment. You will work around a variety of industrial equipment, including conveyors, AOD pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, shaft gears, corrugated converters, flexographic presses, folder/gluers, platen die cutters, flexo folder/gluers, and rotary die cutters or similar machinery. The equipment utilizes 480-volt three-phase power, PLC-controlled systems, and VFDs, requiring regular use of diagnostic tools such as multimeters and reference to mechanical and electrical schematics. The facility emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and organization, with a strong focus on maintaining a safe and orderly workspace while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a production setting.
