Job description

The Leslie Company is seeking a multiple Printing Press Machine Operators to become an integral part of our 1st Shift! Come join our excellent team and work for a successful print company that knows how to treat their employees!


We are willing to train the right individual with machine aptitude and desire to learn!


Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operator silkscreen press equipment by reading the workorder and determining the proper set up location and ink colors
  • Oversees overall production and quality of printed product
  • Mixes the inks according to the workorder and PMS matching system
  • Maintain the quality of the tickets, print and color
  • Set up and maintain monitoring system of the silkscreen press equipment
  • Maintain equipment and troubleshoot and issues that arise during the printing process

Qualifications:

  • Previous silkscreen press operator experience preferred but not required
  • Forklift Certification preferred but not required
  • Mechanical aptitude a plus
  • Ability to handle physical workload of consistently lifting 10 lbs, occasionally up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to regularly stand, walk, reach, crouch, stoop, and/or kneel
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

1st Shift

  • Monday through Friday
  • 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • Optional overtime may be available during the week.
