Position: 3rd Shift Cutter Operator
Schedule: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
1Vision is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cutter Operator to join our Bindery Department on 3rd shift. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong technical abilities and the experience necessary to work independently while maintaining high-quality production standards.
Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and maintain cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret job tickets and production specifications.
  • Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Meet production schedules and deadlines while minimizing waste.

Qualifications
  • Journeyman status required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of cutter operator experience required.
  • Ability to produce quality work with little to no supervision.
