Billing Admin AMR ROOFING

Overview
The Account Billing Manager is responsible for overseeing the full billing cycle at AMR Roofing, ensuring that invoices, insurance claims, supplements, client payments, and subcontractor/vendor payouts are handled accurately and on time. This role is central to maintaining cash flow, supporting operations, and protecting compliance across multiple offices and states. The Billing Admin will lead billing processes, coordinate with insurance companies, mortgage companies, and internal departments, and provide leadership with regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end billing cycle including invoicing, accounts receivable, and payment processing.
  • Oversee the collection of ACV checks, depreciation, deductibles, and supplements.
  • Submit certificates of completion (COCs) and required documents to insurance companies for payment release.
  • Work with mortgage companies to secure endorsements and release of funds.
  • Review and reconcile invoices for subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers.
  • Monthly bank reconcile, Cost Accounting
  • Coordinate with the supplement team, production, and sales to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding payments and escalate when necessary.
  • Generate weekly and monthly billing reports for leadership review.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, lien laws, and company policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase billing efficiency and reduce delays.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or accounts receivable management (Preferred)
  • Strong knowledge in billing & customer service
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with insurance adjusters, mortgage companies, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and produce accurate reports.
  • Familiarity with lien rights, state billing laws, and collections process (preferred).
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
