Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependableMedical Bill Processorto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing medical bills related to workers compensation claims. You will ensure accurate claim matching, direct bills to the appropriate PPO networks for repricing, and provide general administrative support to the office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working with data and documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and date-stamp incoming mail containing medical bills.
  • Accurately match and apply workers compensation claim numbers to medical bills.
  • Scan and upload medical bills into the claims management system for adjuster review.
  • Route clean medical bills through online portals to the appropriate PPO network for repricing.
  • Enter and track medical bill data using Excel and internal systems.
  • Generate Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Explanation of Review (EOR) documents as needed.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all activities within the claims management system.
