The Direct Bill Specialist/Processor is responsible for accurately processing high-volume direct bill activity, including reconciling statements, posting payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining clean financial records that directly impact agency revenue, producer compensation, and the effectiveness of the accounting team.
