Job description

We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to support customers in a fast-paced payments environment in Indianapolis, Indiana. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, enjoys solving routine service issues, and can deliver a positive experience across phone and digital channels. The person in this role will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate product and pricing information, and contribute to team performance through strong service quality and efficiency. Hours for this position are 2pm-11pm Monday-Friday.


Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and create service tickets to document and address reported concerns.

• Provide clear explanations of available products, service features, pricing, and applicable charges so customers can make informed decisions.

• Use customer support platforms and internal tools efficiently to review accounts, research questions, and complete service requests promptly.

• Resolve standard customer issues by following established procedures and seeking guidance when situations require additional support.

• Meet performance expectations related to service quality, productivity, and call handling standards within the contact center.

• Encourage customers to use online and automated self-service resources when those options best fit their needs.

• Share information about current promotions, enhanced offerings, and upgraded services that may benefit the customer.

• Prepare rate quotes and guide customers toward prepaid options when appropriate.

• Complete additional customer support tasks and administrative duties as assigned to help the team operate smoothly.

• Must be fluent in Spanish

• Must be able to work 2pm-11pm Monday-Friday

• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Strong data entry accuracy and the ability to document customer interactions thoroughly.

• Ability to research account details and identify appropriate solutions using available resources.

• Detail-oriented written communication skills for email correspondence and follow-up.

• Experience preparing customer quotes or explaining pricing information clearly.

• Comfortable working with multiple systems and applications while managing live customer conversations.

• Spanish language skills are preferred and can support service delivery to a broader customer base.
