Bilingual Collections Agent

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Job description: TKO StaffPros is actively recruiting Bilingual Collections Agents (Spanish/English) – Lee County, MS Must be able to speak fluent Spanish and English (no exceptions) Pay Range: $12–$14 per hour (based on experience) Bonus: Monthly bonus structure available when performance goals are met Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Schedule: Must be available to work every other Saturday

Position Overview We are seeking a professional and motivated Bilingual Collections Agent fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team in Lee County, MS. This role focuses on contacting customers regarding overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring accurate documentation of all collection activities. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively across language barriers, maintain professionalism, and balance assertiveness with empathy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Outreach: Contact customers in both Spanish and English to resolve past-due accounts and negotiate payment plans.
  • Account Management: Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up promptly, and escalate accounts when necessary.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain positive and professional communication while adhering to company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Documentation: Record all calls, emails, payment commitments, and account updates in the CRM system.
