Job Description:

Looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive delivery planning, business analysis, and execution for automotive manufacturing system modernization initiatives. The role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and ensuring successful program delivery within fixed-price engagements.

Must Have:

• 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Project or Program Management

• Strong experience working in fixed-price delivery models

• Automotive manufacturing / quality systems experience preferred

• Proven experience in application modernization or transformation programs

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation

• Experience in delivery governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and financial oversight

• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
