Bilingual Supervisor
At our manufacturing facility, we are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team. Our company is a leading manufacturer of specialty coatings, sealants, and related products, serving a diverse range of industrial, commercial, and construction customers.
In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department. Your key duties will include:
- Directing and coordinating the work of production staff to ensure efficient and high-quality output
- Monitoring production processes and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Providing training and guidance to production team members
- Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Analyzing production data and making recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize workflow and meet customer demands
To be successful in this position, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
