We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Remote Personal Assistant to support our team based in Kissimmee, United States. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to executives and team members from a remote location. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.   • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communications
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records using digital systems and cloud-based platforms
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute documentation to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and webinars, including technical setup and participant management
