Job description

Our client seeks an Office Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position is in the office 5 days a week.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative, reception, and office support responsibilities. Bilingual candidates and those with prior law firm experience will be given preference.
Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary receptionist, welcoming clients, visitors, and vendors.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and submit purchase requests as needed.
  • Assist with employee timekeeping and clock-in/clock-out administration.
  • Maintain an organized and professional office environment.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room usage.
  • Support attorneys and staff with general administrative tasks.
  • Scan, file, copy, and organize documents and records.
  • Assist with special projects and day-to-day office operations as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, front desk, or office support role.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
