What You'll Do: Be the Engine Behind Operational Excellence
As a Bilingual (Korean/English) Warehouse Manager , you'll play a critical role in leading Warehouse Supervisors and frontline employees to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. You won't just manage people - you'll motivate, coach, and connect them to the bigger picture.
  • Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to maintain a cadence of visibility on all shifts.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Bilingual (Korean/English)
  • 3-5 years of experience supervising operations and managing leaders
  • Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in warehouse or distribution environments
  • Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment

  • Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
  • Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) or other warehouse management systems
