Job description

PlayPie Indoor Playground is a new business located in Buena Park, Orange County, California. We have about 12000 sf facility which includes Soft Play, Slides, Party Rooms, Reading Area, Technology Room, and a toddler section for all age kids.

The innovative brand new store is expecting to open soon and currently looking for full-time/part-time store associates for our kids indoor playground.

Responsibilities:

-Interacting with the guests and providing excellent customer service by answering phone calls, assisting customers with questions, providing answers and spreading the word about our business, after school programs, special events and birthday parties

-Processing ticket and merchandise at the register, greeting guests upon check-in, assisting first time guest with the waiver process, asking them to join our membership program and other miscellaneous duties as they arise

-Maintaining the entrance clear and straightened, restrooms and play space clean and sanitized, also making sure that all of our guests are playing safe, following the rules and regulations

-Preparing pre-packaged snacks, drinks and food, and perform cashier duties

-To be host for parties, assist parents celebrating their child's birthday to help them stay on track for the length of their party - by decorating, serving food/drink/juice/cakes, etc... and with cleaning up

Job Requirements:

-High School Diploma required

-Weekend shift preferred

-Minimum 1 years of kids industry or customer service experience preferred

-Teaching background or interest we may use for activities i.e. story time, circle time, after school program, etc... is a HUGE plus

-Must be patient and LOVE kids
