We are looking for a creative, motivated, and trend-driven Social Media Coordinator & Social

Media Sales Associate to manage our brand’s online presence and support sales growth

through social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other

digital channels.

This role combines social media management, content creation, community engagement, sales

support, and event coordination to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and

overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

* Manage and maintain company social media accounts including TikTok, Instagram,

Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms

* Create, schedule, and upload engaging content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and

promotional posts

* Monitor social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities

* Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional

manner

* Track and analyze social media performance, engagement, and sales results

* Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversion rates

Sales & Marketing Support

* Support online and offline sales activities through social media marketing

* Assist with influencer collaborations, affiliate programs, and creator partnerships

* Participate in livestream sales events and social commerce activities

* Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for product launches, campaigns, and

promotions

* Help manage customer relationships and online community engagement

In-Store Promotions & Events
