Position: Hindi Audio Generalist Evaluator Expert (San Francisco Bay Area)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50/hour
Location: San Francisco Bay Area
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Transcribe and optimize audio and video content in Hindi, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Produce high-quality written outputs in Hindi, with supporting work in English.
  • Establish and document evaluation standards for general consumer audio contexts.
  • Conduct model testing and grading, evaluating responses for accuracy and fluency.
  • Support benchmarking and quality assurance to maintain consistency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with project leads to resolve ambiguities and improve task design.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Native or near-native fluency in Hindi and professional fluency in English.
  • Strong familiarity with spoken Hindi, regional vocabulary, and dialects.
  • Ability to transcribe and analyze Hindi audio content accurately.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Available to commit 10–20 hours per week.

Preferred

  • College students or recent graduates.
