WHAT OUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISORS DO 

Our Food and Beverage Supervisors oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead a team, manage inventory, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. 

A FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR’S DAY-TO-DAY 

  • Ensure execution of all food and beverage service programs, including ordering, planning, product handling, and display. 
  • Maintain cost of goods sold (COGS), waste, and misuse by following set systems and procedures. 
  • Implement service efficiencies, including FIFO (First In, First Out), cooking oil maintenance, and cleanliness. 
  • Support the F&B Manager in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment and facilities. 
  • Execute training, coaching, and performance management of food and beverage team members. 
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and engaging team members to ensure a high-performing workforce. 
  • Provide clear direction and support to ensure adherence to company best practices and safety protocols. 
  • Ensure compliance with local Board of Health guidelines and cleanliness standards. 
  • Utilize company software for ordering, inventory management, timekeeping, and operational logs. 
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly checklists are utilized and completed. 
  • Monitor operations to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs. 

WHAT IT TAKES 

  • Minimum age: 18+. 
  • At least one year of previous leadership experience. 
  • At least one year of food and beverage experience. 
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment. 
  • Strong knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions. 
  • Excellent communication and listening skills. 
  • Proficiency in computer software programs and English. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Certifications: ServSafe, TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol, and Allergen Certification (within 30 days of hire).

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you’ll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance. You’ll work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.
