Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Beverage Manager to oversee all beverage operations, including bar management, inventory control, staff development, vendor relationships, and guest experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about beer, wine, and spirits, and has a proven track record of driving beverage sales while maintaining cost controls.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bar and beverage operations
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop bartenders and bar staff
  • Create and maintain beverage menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Control beverage costs, waste, and shrinkage
  • Ensure compliance with all alcohol service, safety, and health regulations
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns
  • Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase beverage revenue

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of beverage, bar, or restaurant management experience
