This dynamic, field-based role covers twelve accounts throughout the NYC/Queens area, putting you at the center of exceptional client relations and impeccable daily operations. (Public transportation costs are reimbursed by CDC). NO NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS - MON THRU FRI ROLE! About the Role

As Field Hospitality Manager, you'll be a critical link between our clients, Account Managers, and hospitality associates — leading day-to-day operations, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring every account delivers on our promise of outstanding service. If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment and love building strong relationships, this role is for you. 

What You'll Do

  • Lead & Motivate Teams: Support and inspire hospitality associates to deliver exceptional daily operations, customer service, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage Operations: Resolve daily operational issues promptly, escalating when necessary to keep things running smoothly.
  • Drive Recruitment Logistics: Coordinate candidate interview days, oversee interview logistics, prepare interview materials and assessment questions, and manage candidate scheduling and travel.
  • Serve as Key Liaison: Act as the connection point between clients, Account Managers, and the CDC team.
  • Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Administer UAttend time and attendance tracking, and review/approve Instawork temporary associate schedules, hours, and transaction reconciliations.
  • Coach & Monitor Performance: Conduct routine audits and coaching to uphold operational standards.
  • Support Leadership: Maintain the Director of Hospitality's travel calendar, meeting schedule, expense reports, and time tracking.
  • Oversee Onboarding: Manage the onboarding, training, and scheduling of new associates
  • Manage Fleet & Supplies: Monitor Geotab reports for company vehicles and oversee OneCup orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Supervise Daily Activities: Oversee the day-to-day work of hospitality associates and collaborate on cross-departmental operational projects.
Key Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

Agile Leadership: Ability to adapt quickly across varying client service scopes, staffing models, and budgets, effectively problem-solving and coaching teams through changing needs.
Professional Presence: Polished appearance, communication, and executive presence, with the ability to confidently engage hourly associates, cross-functional teams, client representatives, and executive leadership.
Proven People Management: Experience leading a F&B team; multi-site management experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success hiring, coaching, developing, and holding teams accountable.
Field-Based Role: Daily presence at client locations conducting account visits, operational audits, employee coaching, and quality inspections; not a remote position. NYC subway travel required (expenses covered).
Flexible Schedule: Hours vary based on business needs but this is a Mon thru Fri opportunity.
Operational Ownership: Full accountability for service execution, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, scheduling, workforce planning, audits, and proactive quality management.
Independent Leadership: Self-starter who identifies operational efficiencies, drives process improvements, and makes decisions without waiting for direction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners closely with Account Management, Sales, Warehouse Operations, Purchasing, and other internal teams to support service delivery, while Account Management retains ownership of the client relationship.
