Job description

Sunny Sky Products prides itself on our commitment and dedication to creating, manufacturing and delivering top quality products in the beverage industry. We have generated an extensive product portfolio that includes frozen dispensed beverages, cold dispensed, hot dispensed and beverage enhancers.

We are seeking an Inventory Control Associate who will be responsible for leading ingredients and materials control, scanning, SAP daily usage, ERP administration, and production coordination to support efficient manufacturing operations. This role serves as a critical link for Production to ensure material availability and inventory accuracy is maintained through Skyscan system and SAP during nightshift.

The position has primary responsibility for maintaining inventory integrity through perpetual usage of systems, cycle count execution, inventory reconciliation, and accurate ERP transactions. The role combines operational execution with analytical responsibilities to optimize system usage performance, improve efficiency, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

      This description is general in nature – the duties listed include – but are not inclusive of:

      • Utilization of ERP and Skyscan systems to ensure accurate inventory replenishment.
      • Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify shortages and overstock conditions
      • Perform and coordinate cycle count for raw materials, packaging materials, and work-in-process items.
      • Research, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies and transaction errors.
      • Support physical inventory counts and audit activities.
      • Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices
      • Coordinate material staging and movement throughout the plant for production.
      • Maintain accurate transactions within SAP and Warehouse Management Systems.
      • Record production output and raw material consumption daily.
      • Create and maintain inventory transactions and production documentation.
      • Manage inventory labels and product identification systems.
      • Support production scheduling by ensuring timely material availability.
      • Supports Production Floor daily operations in put away and other tasks as needed.
      • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
      • Support Blending activities at night with the Skyscan system.
      • Assist with operational projects as assigned.

        • Ability to multitask in fast paced warehouse and office environments
        • Satisfactorily pass forklift driving training program or demonstrate safe handling of forklift in an on-site test.
        • Bilingual helpful -Spanish.
        • Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions
        • Organized – possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.
        • Ability to effectively organize own schedule to ensure timely completion of all projects within the scheduled timeframes.
        • Accurate – ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
        • Detail-oriented – ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.

          Hour

          • Monday - Friday, 5PM - 2:30AM
          • 8-hour shift plus occasional overtime
          • Weekend availability required as production needs may demand

          Salary

          • $17.50 base rate plus $0.50 shift differential
