Job description

Responsibilities:

  •   Orders and inventories beverage supplies.
  • Monitors cost control (labor, cost of sales and direct expenses).
  • Manages and oversees the beverage team members to include to scheduling, coaching, reviews and any other pertinent team member matters.
  • Inspects establishment and observes workers and guests to ensure compliance with ABC and state regulations.
  • Ensures that qualified individuals are selected and trained in all areas of responsibility.
  • Adheres to property policies.
  • Must be able to communicate with team members
  • Any other duties as assigned

Compensation

  • $20.00 per hour
