The South Bays Premier Fine Dining Steakhouse - Be.Steak.A seeks Wine Director / Manager. We are a Michelin Recognized restaurant that flares towards Italian. The restaurant is beautiful and we have a great seasoned team. We seek a Wine Director who is passionate, a great sales person, a great teacher and truly loves all things culinary and wine. Our list is extensive. We do weekly inventories. Duties would include purchasing, stocking, curating the bottle list and wines by the glass. You would be working the floor with primary focus on wine sales, but also overseeing staff in service.
