ANNABELLE - a member of the Knightsbridge Restaurant Group, seeking a wine director to work with our award wining Chef. We strive to give each guest the highest quality of food, wine, service, and hospitality in an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere.

We are looking for a wine director that shares our passion for hospitality and service, has a strong work ethic, is committed to excellence, and are excited to be a part of our team. This position will consist of evening and weekend services.


Ideal candidates will have:

  • At least five years experience in the restaurant industry working with a robust wine program; prior fine-dining experience preferred.
  • Excellent food and wine knowledge with a strong foundation in the domestic and international wines.
  • Strong understanding of POS and inventory systems
  • Desire and ability to teach and foster growth within staff
  • Ability to lead and manage a staff and take a hands-on approach to all aspects of service
  • Strong desire to contribute and elevate service and hospitality standards
  • Keen attention to detail, especially during a fast-paced service
  • Ability to communicated clearly, efficiently, and eloquently
  • Positive outlook and team-oriented mentality
