This is an exciting opportunity for a wine professional who enjoys building relationships, driving sales, and being part of a premier hospitality team.
What You'll Do
  • Provide personalized wine recommendations tailored to guest preferences and occasions.
  • Share expert knowledge of Wally's wine-by-the-glass and bottle selections.
  • Create memorable dining experiences through thoughtful food and wine pairings.
  • Drive sales through confident and natural upselling techniques.
  • Build strong guest relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Maintain organized, fully stocked wine displays and storage areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong knowledge of wine regions, varietals, vintages, and pairing principles.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or wine-focused environment.
  • Passion for wine and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
