Job description

An Account Sales & Service Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support. You will manage client relationships, address their needs, and work to resolve any issues that arise. This person works extensively in food & beverage processing plants, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and drive satisfaction.


You'll also track account performance and identify opportunities for growth to enhance overall client experience. You will work with our Southern California team to help with existing customers while being encouraged to bring in new accounts from your network and industry experience.

Compensation:

$82,000 - $90,000


Responsibilities:
  • Engage with internal teams to coordinate actions that support client objectives
  • Review client data and share insights on account performance
  • Uncover possibilities for process refinement and implement standard practices
  • Direct client account management to achieve satisfaction and retention
  • Work directly with new contacts in the field to help develop new and future business for yourself and the local team.
  • Learn on the job and externally about key elements of Food Safety and Compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of managing numerous accounts and consistently reaching objectives
  • Over five years in account management within a relevant sector
  • Experience with CRM platforms and relationship management tools is advantageous
  • Completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate clearly and effectively
