About the Role

Weโ€™re hiring an Implementation Specialist (PrismHR) to lead new client onboarding and system implementations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has deep experience implementing PEO clients within PrismHR.

Youโ€™ll own the end-to-end implementation processโ€”from initial discovery through system configuration, payroll setup, benefits integration, and go-live. Youโ€™ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Benefits, Operations and 3rd party vendors to ensure a smooth, accurate, and scalable onboarding experience.

This role offers the opportunity to take on diverse projects and responsibilities as we scale, contributing to both client implementations and broader operational initiatives.

What Youโ€™ll Do

Client Implementation & Onboarding

- Lead end-to-end PEO client implementations within PrismHR

- Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, and client expectations

- Conduct discovery calls to gather payroll, HR, and benefits requirements

- Configure client accounts in PrismHR, including payroll, tax setup, PTO, and HR modules

- Coordinate data collection, validation, and migration from prior systems

- Coordinate with Time Keeping vendors for set up of time keeping system

- Ensure accurate setup of earnings, deductions, taxes, and compliance requirements

- Oversee parallel payroll runs and support go-live execution

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Partner with Sales during handoff to ensure a smooth transition into implementation

- Collaborate with Benefits, Client Success, and Operations on plan setup and service readiness

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation

Client Training & Support

- Train clients on PrismHR system functionality, workflows, and best practices

- Provide guidance on payroll processing, reporting, and employee management

- Support initial payroll cycles and resolve early-stage issues

Process Building & Improvement

- Help document and refine implementation workflows and SOPs

- Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

- Successfully lead multiple client implementations with minimal errors

- Demonstrate strong command of PrismHR configuration and workflows

- Deliver smooth, on-time client go-lives

- Build trust with clients through clear communication and execution

What Weโ€™re Looking For

Required

- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing PEO clients in PrismHR (non-negotiable)

- Strong expertise in PrismHR configuration (payroll, HR, onboarding)

- Experience managing full lifecycle implementations

- Understanding of payroll processes and tax setup

- Strong project management and communication skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with healthcare or medical practice clients

- Benefits implementation experience

- HCM experience

- Strong understanding of PrismHR PTO configuration

- CPP Certification
