Job Summary
IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) under the direction of the IT Manager, Dealer Solutions is a highly skilled IT professional supporting Technology integrations for dealerships in the GST Region. The BRM is responsible for developing strong relationships in the dealership to ensure proper alignment and integration with GST and client's systems. The BRM requires the ability to escalate and prioritize issues effectively, influence dealers to adopt best business practices for Toyota dealer technology and collaborate with internal teams to implement enhancements and deliver effective training programs.
Essential Functions
  • Develop and maintain a functional understanding of all dealer IT solutions provided by GST and TMNA.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and updates within the automotive industry.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with dealer leadership to understand their unique IT needs.
  • Forge a strong partnership with GST Field Operations to support dealers.
  • Act as a key contact for dealers regarding GST and TMNA IT solutions and services.
  • Ability to problem solve with Dealers based on available technology configuration and unique business processes.
  • Identify, escalate, and prioritize IT issues impacting dealers, ensuring timely resolution by collaborating with GST and TMNA teams.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and provide status updates.
  • Collaborate with Field operations to develop and deliver effective training programs on new technologies and launches.
  • Ensure dealers are well-prepared and trained to maximize the benefits of new IT solutions.
  • Inform and collaborate with dealers to implement best business practices for Toyota dealer technology.
  • Provide guidance and support to dealers in optimizing their use of IT solutions for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Solicit and compile feedback from dealers to continuously improve Technology solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to recommend and prioritize enhancements that align with dealer needs and improve customer experience.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Other qualifications:
  • Proven experience in IT solutions, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize issues, providing effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and guide stakeholders towards best business practices.
  • Familiarity with GST and TMNA dealer IT solutions is a plus.

Qualifications
Education and Experience requirements:
